Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes,
or import fees that may apply in their country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange the flute must be returned in its original condition
with no damage or signs of use.

A $50 fee applies to cover shipping and processing costs.

If your flute arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will be happy to assist you and arrange a replacement.
